This is a program from Soroptimist International of the Americas. Award is open to women who are head of household with financial need. Since its inception in 1972, SIA has distributed more than $30 million in education awards to 30,000 women making a better life for themselves and their families. Soroptimist Int. of Vacaville is a part of this effort. Read about the impact here.

2022-2023 Recipients
Five women collectively were presented with $5,500 through the Live Your Dream program.
Our first place winner,
Daniela is a single mom who said the money and support came when she needed it most.
She is about to graduate from Solano Community College with an associate’s degree in nursing,
and will start in on her bachelor’s degree program this fall. She received an award of $1,500.
